This is a photo of Carver Elementary School under the Principal of Mr. Porter L Eastland. I can't recall all of the member's names, However from left to right seated (dark dress) is my mother Mrs Ikey A. McClenton who was the first and a long standing president of the PTA from it's beginning. There was also a photo of her erected in the entrance of the school until its closing to wit this photo was given to her daughter Mrs. Janet L McClenton-Johnson.l.
